Peak performance in a digital age

We're working in and raising kids and teens in a digital world.

Many of us find it hard to tame our tech habits... and it's impacting our health, wellbeing and productivity.

I’m Dr. Kristy

Researcher, speaker, author, and mum - and not only do I GET it, I’ve dedicated my entire career to helping my fellow professionals and parents explore this exact digital dilemma.

How can we tame our tech habits so we're not a slave to the screen? How can we use technology in healthy and helpful ways at work and with our kids so it doesn't encroach on our health and our performance...without resorting to digital amputation?

As a technology, wellbeing and productivity expert, I’ve spent over 15 years with my nose in the books studying how our brains (both kids and adults) process all the stimulation they’re exposed to today in this digital world we’ve inherited.

I’m also a mum who deals with her kids' techno-tantrums and worries about the health effects of screen time.

I’m on a serious mission to help parents ditch their techno-guilt and raise happy, healthy kids (without suggesting digital abstinence). I also help professionals develop sustainable tech habits to ensure their health and performance isn't sabotaged by the screens we've become dependent on.

It’s totally possible - and you don’t have to live without WiFi or your phone to make it happen.

Thank you for an outstanding presentation for our parents last night. The feedback has been incredibly positive and the parents were very appreciative of your clear message and practical strategies.

Christopher Bradbury | Director of Teaching & Learning | The King's School

Kristy's session was fabulous and very well received by the group at the Randstad conference. She addressed their work/life balance and the pressures of their roles placed on them to be constantly available online.

Kristy was entertaining and a relatable way of presenting.

Simone McInally | Executive Assistant to the Director | Randstad

Thank you again for coming and visiting our school. It was a successful outcome for us. You were very well-received with the boys, staff and parents. We have no hesitation recommending Dr Kristy to other schools.

Mark Wyer | Preparatory School Deputy Head | The Southport School

All parents should have Dr Kristy on speed-dial – if they only knew how to use their phone.

Kids and tech use is the great unknown for modern parents. Dr Kristy has a great ability to demystify, interpret and cut through the hype. We were so lucky to have her as our resident expert for Nick Jr. Parents.

Hugh Baldwin | Director, Television & Digital Content | Nickelodeon Australia

All feedback was extremely positive, they felt that while the content was frightening, it was balanced and there were some great tools that they could use to assist. I know directly that many people that I have spoken to since, have implemented one or more things that Kristy spoke about already!

A brilliant session! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristy to any organisation or event that is looking for a knowledgeable, engaging presenter.
