I’d love your feedback and insights on the Optimised program. In full transparency, I’m doing this for two purposes- (i) to keep improving how I deliver Optimised so it’s the best learning experience possible and (ii) to compile some testimonials (written or video, it’s up to you) to share with other organisations considering Optimised.

Feel free to answer below in written format, or if you’re more of a talker (and comfortable on video) feel free to upload a quick video. I’m deeply grateful for your time and insights.

13. Take and upload a photo of your WHOOP Performance Dashboard showing results from Module 1 and 6 (it doesn't matter if you didn’t track these over time).
