  • Define Your Success Metrics: Gain clarity on what success means to you. We’ll refine your goals and establish the success metrics that matter to you. We’ll dive straight into clarifying your success metrics, because you will have completed a detailed questionnaire and some diagnostic tools before our Power Session.
  • Personalised Strategy Session: Address your unique challenges and opportunities with a deep dive into 1-3 micro-habits that will be crafted specifically for you. Leveraging cutting-edge neuroscience and your WHOOP biometric data (please ensure at least two weeks of data is available for optimal results), we’ll identify actionable strategies to enhance your performance and/or wellbeing. Please note, I can still offer you a Power Session if you don’t use a wearable device, or you use an alternative wearable other than a WHOOP strap (so long as you can export two weeks worth of your data).
  • Brain Based Protocols: I will pinpoint the most potent, science-backed protocols that will boost your cognitive performance, improve your energy, focus and productivity, and overall wellbeing- dependent upon the goal/s for the session.   • Power-Up Performance Plan: Walk away with a clear, actionable Power-Up Plan that integrates your new insights. I’ll write you a tailored Power-Up Plan within 48 hours, offering a roadmap for immediate implementation and tracking your progress effectively.
  • Ongoing Support: Following your session, benefit from one week of Telegram support with me to ensure your new micro-habits are working effectively and make any necessary adjustments, or seek any clarification from me. This is available from Monday-Thursday during business hours for one week following our Power Session.
