WEBINAR OVERVIEW

Life Ed National Office proudly presents a webinar with Dr Kristy Goodwin.

Technology has its tentacles in all parts of our lives today. It’s integral to our professional and personal lives. However, our digital habits are having a profound impact on our and our young people's physical health and mental wellbeing. This presentation equips participants with science-backed solutions they can embed to optimise their wellbeing in the digital landscape.

Kristy will explore:

// Our current digital wellbeing habits are impacting adults' and students' wellbeing, health and performance;

// How our digital behaviours are leaving them is stressed and exhausted;

// Why it’s challenging to focus in the digital world, that’s constantly vying for their attention (and the impact of constant digital distractions on stress and focus);

// The impact of our constantly- connected lives on our and our children's and teens' MENTAL WELLBEING and micro-habits we can embed to protect it; and

// The consequences of being tethered to technology on our physical health (especially our vision, hearing and musculoskeletal health) and a menu of micro-habits to protect our basic biological needs.

All attendees will receive an eBook summary with key information, links and resources, plus a digital wellbeing checklist and a PDF guide to support online learning. Register and if you can’t attend live, we’ll send you a link to access the replay.
