VIRTUAL MASTERCLASS:
Healthy Digital Habits

School staff are spending more and more time hunched over laptops, tapping on tablets and swapping on smartphones. Our digital workplaces and lifestyles are here to stay.
This virtual masterclass arms teachers, support and administration staff with essential information about the impact of our digital habits and behaviours on our wellbeing and health. Learn simple, practical strategies to protect your physical health and mental wellbeing as we all spend increasing amounts of time working, connecting and ‘playing’ online. Develop vital skills and knowledge to support your health and wellbeing and that of your students as well.
Session Overview
Through this highly practical virtual masterclass participants will learn:
- Realistic, research-based strategies to protect their PHYSICAL HEALTH as they spend increasing amounts of time working online. This will help them to protect their sleep, vision, hearing and posture (and that of their students);
- Simple DIGITAL BEHAVIOURS that will support their MENTAL WELLBEING during a crisis period;
- Neuro-hacks to optimise their PRODUCTIVITY and minimise DIGITAL DISTRACTIONS whilst working remotely, or in a school; and
- Why DIGITAL DISCONNECTION is VITAL for PRODUCTIVITY, PHYSICAL HEALTH & MENTAL WELLBEING during periods of stress.

What’s included?
// 75-minute video specifically designed for individual educators and support staff to watch (and re-watch as often as they like, as you’ll have lifetime access).
// A PDF worksheet to jot down or type ideas as you watch (to keep your brain active whilst consuming information)
// A PDF summary sheet (because we know that the brain learns through visual information).
How do I access the video?
