We’ll take the time to clarify your professional goals and identify your success metrics. We’ll hit the ground running on our VIP Day as you’ll have completed a detailed questionnaire and some diagnostic tools and assessments before our session. 
  • Personalised Strategy Session: We’ll dive deep into your unique challenges and opportunities. Together, we’ll map out a tailored performance and wellbeing strategy that aligns with your goals, leveraging the latest neuroscience and performance optimisation techniques, grounded in neuroscience and your own biometric data from WHOOP device (you’ll need to have at least two weeks of WHOOP data before our VIP day for maximum results, if you want to use wearable data.) Please note, I can still offer you a VIP Day if you don’t use a wearable device, or you use an alternative wearable (so long as you can export two weeks worth of your data).
  • Brain Based Protocols: Discover practical, science-backed strategies to enhance your cognitive performance, improve your focus, boost your energy, productivity and wellbeing.
